2. Application process
Here are step-by-step instructions:
Step 1: Make Spikes
To maintain uniformity or notice places that
need to be modified, evenly map out the spike location on the microfoam tape.
For the inner and outer spikes, use 0.03 lashes, and for the remaining spikes,
use 0.05 to 0.07. Spikes last anywhere from 3 to 8 days per lash, depending on
lash condition. For making spikes, a decent rule of thumb is to utilize lashes
2 to 3mm longer. Consider the following scenario: The inner corners are between
9 and 10mm in most cases. In this location, spikes should be 11–12mm thick and
rise in size according to style.
Step 2: Fill in the gaps between the spikes with the baseline lashes
Create a full-volume foundation near the lash
lid at this point. Filling the inners and outers with shorter C or CC Curl is a
wonderful place to start. You may make your fans as tall as 4D and as curly as
you like. Throughout the fill, apply CC Curl or D Curl with lengths ranging
from 8mm to 11mm. During this phase, only fill hybrid lashes on small eyes
about 60% of the way.
Step 3: Using a staggering technique, fill in the remaining lashes
This may be done by customizing each set with several layers and curls. This step is frequently performed with a D curl. Using two to three lengths each time you position a fan is a staggering strategy.
If you're going back to the inners, for example, use a 9mm and then a 10mm. Using the same method, increase when necessary. Your initial fan should be 2–3mm less than the spike at its maximum point, and your second fan should be 3–4mm less than the spike. For the central region of a cat-eye, for example, you may use the following: 9/10mm – 10/11mm – 11/12mm – 12/13mm – 13/14mm – 14/15mm – and gradually decrease.
When applying hybrid lashes to small eyes, create a third row of extremely short baseline lashes as an optional step. The density of the lash lid will be increased with this row. 9mm should be the longest length.
